MILANO

No. In order to get your urban public transport ticket, you need to go to the pick up point as it cannot be delivered digitally. You can find information on where it is and when it is open here > www.milanocard.it/how-to-pickup-milanocard. You can use the promocode we sent you for a Taxi to get there.

You will receive your shuttle ticket directly on your email account right after having confirmed your purchase. The shuttle companies that we collaborate with are: Malpensa Shuttle, Orio Shuttle and Linate Shuttle.
If you have questions about the shuttle buses’ stops and schedules, we suggest you check the companies’ official website, to get the most updated information.

FIRENZE

If you bought a pass that includes Uffizi Gallery access, you’ll receive a pass for 5 museums. Uffizi Gallery is the first museum you have to visit (please remind it’s closed on Monday) and there you’ll be provided with a pass for the other attractions that lasts 5 days. Please remind to download the tickets on the same day you plan to use it.

Once in Florence you will be able to pickup 6 tickets to access public transportation in Florence and in other cities of Tuscany. Each ticket is valid for 90minutes from the first use. It is included also the bus to Firenze Airport.
There are just 3 packages that include public transport: Firenze Pass Botticelli, Firenze Pass Giotto and ItalyPass. Pick up address will be provided by email once purchase has been completed.

ROMA

After the online payment, you will receive the tickets via email. Tickets are available for download starting from the date you selected and they’re open date / open hours.

In Rome Termini Central Station the bus stop of Fiumicino Shuttle and Ciampino Shuttle is located in via Marsala 5, at the west side of Central Station.

Fiumicino Shuttle’s stop is located at gate 12 of arrival area at terminal 3.

Ciampino Airport has just one Terminal. Ciampino Shuttle is in arrival area T1, at stop 2.
